Job summary

Clearsprings Group is seeking a Welfare Officer for Wethersfield to provide direct advice and safeguarding support to Service Users onsite within the Initial Accommodation estate. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting regular welfare checks, inspections, and maintaining records in line with company procedures.

As Welfare Officer you will collaborate with your line manager, attend meetings, and provide on-the-job training where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Service Users within the Initial Accommodation estate.
• Conduct room inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure health and safety of Service Users and properties.
• Coordinate with line manager and team members; attend meetings.
• Provide cover for other staff and assist in training.
