Job summary

A leading welding solutions provider based in the Milton Keynes area is seeking a System Engineer for their Technical Support department. This role involves the installation, service, repair, and calibration of welding solutions both in-house and at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and technical support experience, as well as strong customer service skills. Qualifications

• Experience with technical support of electrical equipment is preferred.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
• Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and calibrate Fronius welding equipment.
• Provide technical support for customers and new products.
• Assist with events and stock control.

Skills

Technical experience in electrical equipment

Customer communication skills

IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Single and 3-phase fault finding and repair

Knowledge of welding processes

Fluent in English
