Job summary

A leading company in the inspection sector seeks experienced Welding Inspectors to conduct inspections for esteemed clients across the UK. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of inspection experience, with at least 5 years in similar fabrication.
• Ability to invoice services. Adequate English proficiency for reporting.
• Experience at vendor premises is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on vent hatches, hot stabs, and related accessories.
• Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports.
• Communicate with clients when necessary.

RINA is looking for experienced Welding Inspectors to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in the UK.

Requested:

• Experienced in Conducting fabrication inspection of vent hatches, hot stabs, dummy stabs, receptacles and accessories
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Inspector,
• NDT L2 in MT, PT, RT, UT
• Inspectors shall have minimum 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years shall be from similar type of fabrication). Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections;
• Inspector with coating inspection certificates such as Level II Painting Inspector NACE, AMPP, FROSIO, BGAS is an added advantage
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service;
