Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is seeking a Welder Fabricator for a full-time, permanent position in Netherton. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm, with hourly pay of £14 (MIG) or £15.50 (MIG + TIG).

You will fabricate parts from engineering drawings, work with mild steel and stainless, and perform measuring, cutting and assembly tasks. Quality checks are essential to ensure specifications are met, and a strong commitment to safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Welder Fabricator role with ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding and fabrication tasks.
• Strong commitment to quality and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding to high standards.
• Fabricate metal components from drawings.
• Work with mild steel and stainless steel as required.
• Measure, cut and assemble materials.
• Conduct quality checks to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
