System Recruitment is seeking a Welder Fabricator for an established engineering firm in Pershore, Worcestershire. The role offers a varied workload, including batch welding and bespoke fabrication projects.

You will work MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless, and aluminium, with drawing interpretation preferred. A four-day week with Fridays off is in place, with good team support and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate components to drawing specifications.
• Work on both batch welding and bespoke one-off projects.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
