Job summary

System Recruitment is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator for a permanent role in Pershore, Worcestershire. The position offers a four-day week (Mon-Thu) with Fridays off, and involves both batch welding and bespoke fabrication projects.

You will work from engineering drawings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Ideal candidates have MIG and TIG welding experience, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work well in a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium preferred.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings preferred.
• Good eye for detail and quality workmanship.

Welder Fabricator - Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 to £32,500 (£15ph-£16ph / 39 hour week over 4 days (Monday to Thursday))

Start Date: ASAP

Established engineering firm in Pershore require an experienced Welder Fabricator. The role offers a varied workload, including both batch welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-quality engineering work.

You will have:

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium preferred.
• The ability to work from engineering drawings (preferred).
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding.
• Your own transport, as our location is not easily accessible by public transport.
