Job summary

The Selection Partnership Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator for a role in Evesham. You will work on a mix of production batch welds and bespoke fabrication projects, reading engineering drawings where possible.

This friendly, family-run company offers a four-day week (Fridays off), a supportive team, and varied work across welding and fabrication. You will need MIG and TIG experience and a meticulous eye for detail to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience in batch welding and one-off fabrication work.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate components to specification on a variety of projects.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Work on both production batches and bespoke fabrication work.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards.
