• Supporting the Workshop Supervisor with health and safety standards.
• Identifying ways to improve productivity, efficiency and workflow.
• Working as part of a hands-on workshop team.
• Supporting warehouse activities when required, including moving and preparing materials.
• Occasional site visits and deliveries where required.

The Role

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their growing manufacturing business based in Saffron Walden, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator with strong MIG and TIG welding experience to join an experienced workshop team working on a variety of bespoke projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in projects from start to finish, including preparation, fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing of components and specialist products supplied to customers across a range of industries.
