Job summary
Quest Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their Lancaster area team. The role requires proven welding/fabrication expertise in an engineering environment, including MIG and TIG processes, and hands-on work with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum for bespoke or small-batch projects.
Based in Lancashire, the position offers Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-12:30pm, with free onsite parking and opportunities for progression within the company.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of welding and fabrication in an engineering setting.
- MIG and TIG welding experience is essential.
- Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials.
- Experience on bespoke or 1-off to small batch production.
- Knowledge of technical fabrication and structural steel work.
- Apprentice-style training is preferred.

We are working with a well-established organisation who have been trading for over 30 years and they specialise end-to-end service covers everything from one-off bespoke tools to life saving medical machinery. We are now looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join this fast moving company in Lancashire.
- Over 5 years experience of Welding fabricating in an engineering environment
- Must have experience of MIG and TIG experience
- Must have experience of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum
- Experience of Bespoke or 1 off's to small batch work is required
- Must have some experience of of technical fabrication and structural steel
- Ideally Apprentice trained
The successful Welder Fabricator will be offered an excellent market rate

Hours of work Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
