Job summary

OBR GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Welder / Fabricator / Fitter to join our fabrication team across Sheffield & Chesterfield. You will weld and fabricate components, read drawings, and work to precise specifications to deliver high‑quality engineering projects.

Working days with an option of a 4‑day week on selected sites, overtime at enhanced rates. We offer ongoing training, clear progression routes, a workshop‑based environment and a permanent, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Proven welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Role: Welder / Fabricator / Fitter

We’re recruiting on behalf of several well established engineering companies across the Sheffield & Chesterfield. As a key member of the fabrication and production team, you’ll contribute to the manufacture of bespoke components and play an important role in delivering high‑quality, specialist engineering projects.

Package

• Hours: Days only, with the option of a 4‑day working week (Friday off & long weekend) with selected clients
• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + overtime paid at enhanced rates
• Contract: Full‑time, permanent
