Job summary

Tech Connect Group seeks an experienced Fabricator/Welder for its Worksop manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on producing quality components and working well within a collaborative environment.

You will fabricate and weld to engineering specs, interpret drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Overtime may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and welding in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong eye for detail and quality control.

We're looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join a busy manufacturing team in Worksop. This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working as part of a team.

About You

• Previous fabrication and welding experience
• Relevant welding/fabrication qualification
• Manufacturing or production background
• Confident reading technical drawings
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem‑solving
• Willing to develop additional skills and work overtime when required
