You’ll perform MMA/MIG welding, read drawings, and work from technical schematics, with day and night shifts Mon-Thu and overtime options, plus benefits like PPE, pension, on-site parking, and canteen.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding, or proven hands-on trade experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and schematics.
• Good arithmetic skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts (Mon-Thu) with overtime when required.
• Desirable Lean manufacturing experience, crane/slinging competency, and strong quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on containers, silencers and skid bases.
• Fabricate, modify and rework complex structures from drawings and schematics.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and 5S workplace organization.
• Plan work sequences and mentor/train other team members.
