Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
• Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures—often without detailed prints or fixtures.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices.
• Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.

• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) - 3-Day Weekends!
• Compensation:
• Day Shift: £18.67/hr
• Night Shift: £24.89/hr
• Overtime Rate OT1.5 : £28.01/h for the first 10 hours)
• Overtime Rate OT2.0 : £37.34/h After 10 hours)
