Job summary

Dennis Eagle UK in Warwick is seeking a Welder/Fitter to join our Production team. The role involves welding and fitting components to exacting standards in line with BS EN ISO 9001.

Hours are 37 per week, 06:30–16:00 Monday to Thursday. The position offers a competitive hourly rate up to £19.10 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG and MAG welding on medium-heavy steel fabrications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and build specifications.
• Welding/fabrication qualifications and relevant training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG and MAG welding on medium-heavy steel fabrications (2mm–10mm)
• Build and tack weld fabrications from engineering drawings
• Identify and correct visual faults in fabrications
• Promote a proactive approach to quality and team collaboration
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, using PPE appropriately
• Support team leaders with recovery programmes and continuous improvement
• Be flexible in moving between departments and learning new skills
