Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is assisting a client in Ruthin to recruit a skilled Fabricator Welder for their workshop. You will join a team producing high-quality sheet metal and structural fabrications to technical drawings.

Expect MIG and TIG welding, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork in a busy workshop with regular hours and a temp-to-perm progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and welding.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Experience with sheet metal and/or structural steel.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and welding sheet metal, including light and medium gauge materials.
• Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling and fabricating components.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards.
• Following company health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Fabricator Welder

Location: Ruthin, Denbighshire
Pay Rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Employment: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client’s team in Ruthin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder/fabricator with a strong background in sheet metal and structural steel fabrication. The successful candidate will be confident working within a busy workshop environment and able to produce high-quality work to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricating and welding sheet metal, including light and medium gauge materials

• Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
