Job summary

Optima UK is seeking experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators to join their growing team in Leicester. This role offers competitive pay and a stable, long-term position with an early finish every Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Job Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Leicester, LE2
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:15pm, Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in the LE2 area.

Duties Include:

• MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Fabrication work from engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Working independent and as part of a team within a workshop environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
