Early shift 6am - 2.15pm 11.5% on top of hourly rate

Late shift 2pm - 10.15pm 17.5% on top of hourly rate

Overtime time and a quarter percentage from Monday to Thursday

Friday to Sunday time and a half percentage

Responsibilities:

• Weld various turbine products following work instructions and company standards
• Utilise Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality output
• Interpret engineering drawings and welding layouts accurately
• Inspect production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and update digital production applications
• Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues
• Be flexible with the working schedule to meet production demands
• Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1
• Experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Pride in maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Any additional welding certifications or training
• Previous experience in the turbine industry
