Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Welcome Manager for Oxburgh Estate to lead our small but vital welcome team and ensure every visitor has their best possible day. This full-time, fixed-term role (37.5 hours per week) is based at Oxburgh Hall, King's Lynn, with a contract ending on 06-Sep-2027.

You will lead volunteers and staff, shaping the welcome experience in a heritage setting. Salary is £27,612 per annum, with benefits including a substantial pension, free NT entry for you and your guests,
