A leading company is seeking a Welcome Host in London to join their dedicated team supporting a Fortune Global 500 client. This full-time role emphasizes exceptional customer service, communication skills, and professionalism, ensuring visitors have an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. We are recruiting a Welcome Hostto be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office inFenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). You will be working on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 8 PM (with flexibility as per client's needs).
