As part of our Guest Experience Team, you will be…

1. Meeting Guests & Owners at the main gate as they drive into the park.
2. Checking Guests’ ‘Passes’ across the Park.
3. Acting as an ‘Information Guide’ and delivering excellent customer service.
4. Providing a Safe and Secure environment.

Pay Rates: £16 to £17, £18 to £20, £21+ per hour

Experience and Qualifications

You don’t need experience to join our Guest Experience Team. You may already be a Welcome Host or a Customer Service Advisor, but if not, that’s ok! We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.
