Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in a logistics environment.
• Health & safety awareness.
• Experience working with XPO Fleet Management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeric skills.
• Knowledge of XPO systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Weight in and out all vehicles, recording weights and variances within tolerance.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure site inductions are completed for personnel.
• Log all entering/exiting vehicles and authorised personnel.
• Issue site rules to drivers.
• Ensure shipments are dispatched on SAP.
