Job summary

The position offers weekly pay and shifts; hours are 07:00-16:30, Monday to Saturday, with pay from £15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in weighbridge, logistics or admin roles preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic IT skills including weighbridge software, email and spreadsheets.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently.
• Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and issue correct documentation.
• Record and maintain accurate weight, delivery and dispatch records.
• Verify driver documentation and delivery details.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff and supervisors.
• Monitor site traffic flow and ensure safe vehicle movements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the weighbridge office.
• Report discrepancies, system faults or non-compliance issues.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental policies.
