Job summary

IFGlobal, a technology-enabled 3PL and growth partner for eCommerce brands, is hiring Warehouse Operatives for our Hurn Warehouse in the UK. You will perform stock picking, order processing and dispatch while maintaining stock accuracy and health-and-safety standards.

The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented team player who can work 8-hour shifts on weekends and contribute to efficient warehouse operations in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock using handheld scanning technology.
• Process customer orders efficiently, meeting specific requirements.
• Dispatch orders in line with specifications and delivery standards.
• Maintain high stock accuracy through careful handling and recording.
• Adhere to company processes, procedures and standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, PPE use and equipment operation.
• Work with colleagues to meet operational SLAs.
• Support the team to keep warehouse operations smooth.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment.
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned.

About the role

• Due to growth, we are looking for 3 Warehouse Operatives across our Hurn Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
• Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
• Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and the safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational SLAs are consistently achieved
• Support the team to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned

• 8 hour shifts - Saturday/Sunday
