IFGlobal is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its fast-paced Operations team in the UK. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, using handheld tech to process orders, manage stock and keep daily targets in sight.

This hands-on role involves working across warehouse areas, maintaining high standards, and supporting colleagues to ensure swift and accurate fulfillment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock using handheld scanning technology.
• Process customer orders efficiently, meeting specific requirements.
• Dispatch orders in line with specifications and delivery standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy through careful handling and recording.
• Adhere to company processes, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Job description

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of our fast-paced Operations team, helping to make sure our customers’ orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across different areas of the warehouse, using our systems and handheld technology to process orders, manage stock and keep everything moving. You’ll work closely with the wider team to hit daily targets, maintain high standards and deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What you'll do

• Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
• Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
• Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and the safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational SLAs are consistently achieved
• Support the team to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned

• 08:30am-17:30pm
• 8 hour shifts - 5 out of 7 days
