Frost's Estate Agents in St Albans is seeking a confident weekend viewing assistant to join our energetic team. You will help conduct property viewings on Saturdays and greet clients, answering questions about features, amenities and local facilities.

We value excellent people skills, strong communication, and a proactive work ethic. A UK driving licence is preferred to support branches across the area; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing properties to potential buyers.

• Collect feedback from buyers and relay to the team for vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting property viewings on a Saturday, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
• Greeting clients warmly and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answering potential buyers' queries, providing accurate information about our properties including features, amenities, and nearby facilities.
• Collecting feedback from potential buyers and communicating this to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
• Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required by the branch.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
