Job summary

The Salad Project is hiring a Front of House Weekend Supervisor in London. You will lead one service a day, support restaurant managers, and help develop a welcoming, efficient service.

Role is 20 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of £14 and opportunities for progression as the business grows. You will contribute to maintaining high hygiene standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one service per day.

• Monitor hygiene practices to maintain high standards.

Front of House Weekend Supervisor |Saturday & Sunday 12PM -10PM

Role | FOH Supervisor

• 20 hours per week
• To work under our restaurant managers
• To lead one service a day
• To help manage our team members
• To implement & improve service processes
• To monitor & implement hygiene best practices
• To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have 1 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry
