The Salad Project, London’s healthy dining concept, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team. This role covers Monday to Friday with rotational shifts, offering £14 per hour for 40–45 hours weekly and opportunities for career progression as the business expands.

You’ll lead front-of-house operations, support restaurant managers, and help maintain our high standards of service and hygiene while enjoying staff benefits such as meal on shift and team events.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience managing a team in hospitality.
• Experience in fast-paced environments within hospitality.

Front of House Supervisor | Monday - Friday (Rotational Shifts)

Role | FOH Supervisor

• 40 - 45 hours per week
• To work under our restaurant managers
• To lead one service a day
• To help manage our team members
• To implement & improve service processes
• To monitor & implement hygiene best practicesTo help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have 1 years' experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry
