East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a part-time weekend cleaner for Stapleford Ambulance Station. The role involves keeping the station clean to schedule, supporting cleanliness standards, and assisting the cleaning services team across sites.

It includes physically demanding tasks and requires the ability to work with limited supervision. Experience in domestic cleaning is advantageous; knowledge of health and safety, COSHH, and following procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Understanding health and safety in cleaning duties.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Keep Stapleford Ambulance Station clean to a set schedule.
• Help improve cleanliness standards and assure cleanliness across the site.
• Support the cleaning services team with cleanliness standards and checks.
• Cover other stations when service needs require, within hours or overtime.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks including reaching, crouching and moving items.
