Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver high-end spa treatments and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will consult clients to tailor treatments, maintain exceptional standards, and contribute to revenue through efficient diary management and proactive selling.

Flexible hours are available to suit business needs. NVQ Level 2/3 qualification is preferred, with ESPA training advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Spa or related field.
• ESPA training is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments including massage.
• Consult clients to understand needs and ensure high-quality, memorable experiences.
• Support management to maximise revenue through diary management and proactive selling.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and ESPA training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling. Hours are flexible and on an as required basis.
