Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver consistent, exceptional service across our HarSPA luxury spa venues. You will perform treatments, consult guests on needs and help drive revenue through diary management and upselling, while maintaining the highest standards of guest care.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2/3 in beauty therapy; Temple Spa and Elemis training would be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in beauty or spa therapy.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of treatments including massage.
• Consult clients to understand personal needs and deliver high-quality treatments.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company.

Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
