Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of treatments with a focus on massage and exceptional guest service. You will consult clients to tailor experiences and contribute to revenue through efficient diary management and proactive selling. NVQ Level 2/3 is preferred, with Temple Spa and Elemis training as a bonus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualified preferred.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training would be advantageous.
• Experience delivering a range of spa treatments, including massage.
• Strong guest consultation to understand personal needs and tailor treatments.

Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company.

Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and

TEMPLE SPA and

ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
