Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality treatments, including massage, and to consult guests on their individual needs. You will support diary management and upsell services to maximise revenue across our luxury spa offering.

Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy with ESPA training; flexibility in hours required as shifts are on an as-required basis. Harbour Hotels offers comprehensive benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• ESPA training is advantageous.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and ESPA training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling. Hours are flexible and on an as required basis.
