Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver consistent, exceptional service across our spa offerings. You will perform treatments including massages, consult clients to understand personal needs and ensure every visit is memorable.

Ideal candidates are NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified, with ESPA training an advantage. You will support your manager with diary management, upselling, and contributing to the group's reputation for luxury hospitality.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 required or in progress.
• ESPA training/experience is a distinct advantage.

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and ESPA training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you'll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling. Hours are flexible and on an as required basis.
