Job summary

South Hampstead High School - GDST is seeking a proactive Weekend Duty Manager to ensure the safe, secure and efficient operation of our Senior School site at weekends. You will oversee weekend lettings and events, coordinate reception and premises teams, and be the main contact for external hirers in a busy London environment.

The role requires facilities management experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, premises management, site operations or venue management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate colleagues and contractors and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with health & safety, maintenance coordination; First Aid at Work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend lettings and events; be main contact for external hirers.
• Coordinate reception, premises and on-site staff to ensure safety and welcoming environments.
• Prepare facilities for use, oversee site security and maintenance, monitor health and safety, respond to issues.
