Job summary

South Hampstead High School is seeking a proactive Weekend Duty Manager to ensure the safe, secure and efficient operation of the Senior School site at weekends. You will coordinate lettings, welcome external hirers and supervise reception, premises and other staff to maintain high standards.

The role requires experience in facilities or site operations, hands-on problem solving and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, premises management or site operations.
• Ability to coordinate colleagues and contractors and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with health and safety procedures and fire safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend lettings and events to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate reception, premises and other staff, and act as main point of contact for external hirers.
• Monitor health and safety, maintain site security and respond to operational issues.
