Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Proven ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering or operations.
- Strong project management and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive issues to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem solving.
- Support operations to maximise quality, efficiency and output.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable benefits.
- Manage engineering projects including process improvements and capital investments.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and NPI teams.
- Own manufacturing challenges and drive solutions to implementation.
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Leverage digital technologies to boost performance and quality.
- Assist manufacturing readiness for new products.
