At Siemens Healthineers, we pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.
Our Manufacturing Engineering team plays a vital role in delivering world-leading Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technology that helps healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes around the globe. We're looking for a driven and curious Manufacturing Engineer to join our Oxfordshire manufacturing site, where you'll have the opportunity to solve complex challenges, influence continuous improvement, and make a meaningful contribution to products that change lives.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing performance across a dedicated weekend shift pattern while working within a supportive and highly collaborative engineering environment. If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting our production line through a four-day working pattern, including Saturday, Sunday and two additional days. Our preferred working pattern is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, although the additional weekday requirements can be discussed.
To ensure you receive comprehensive support and training, you'll initially work Monday to Friday during your first three months. Following successful onboarding, you'll transition into the weekend engineering team, working alongside another Manufacturing Engineer to ensure quality, productivity and operational performance remain at the highest standards.
You'll enjoy significant autonomy while benefiting from the backing of an experienced engineering team and a business committed to continuous learning, innovation and collaboration.
In addition to working on technology that helps improve and save lives, you'll benefit from a rewarding career with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
