Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Room Attendant to ensure guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors are cleaned to the highest standards, delivering a WOW factor of cleanliness. You will replenish amenities, manage supplies, and respond quickly to guest requests within a busy housekeeping team.

Qualificações

• Deliver outstanding guest experience by cleaning, maintaining and presenting bedrooms to high standards.
• Hands-on role requiring pride in work and efficiency.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to high hygiene standards.
• Replenishing guest amenities, linen and supplies; respond to guest requests promptly.
• Keep housekeeping trolley clean, organised and stocked.
• Report maintenance issues or missing items to leadership immediately.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
