Job summary

TSS is seeking a Retail Security Officer for Gloucester. The role focuses on delivering proactive security and loss prevention, managing a team of officers, and ensuring customer safety.

You will apply knowledge of health and safety, data handling, and GDPR while supporting the client’s security needs. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and customer service skills, is comfortable with tech devices, and can work Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 3pm.

Qualifications

• A Door Supervisor SIA Licence is required.
• A Full Manual Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise stores on a risk basis and allocate time across region.
• Partner with the management team to continually improve the service for the client.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to new requests beyond the core role.
• Where appropriate, undertake Office Management responsibilities (facilities, health & safety, petty cash).
• Ensure timely responses to all requests and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Maintain professional conduct and display SIA licence publicly.
