Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre in Putney is seeking a friendly Saturday Retail Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional in-branch service and help keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll be the face of the branch, using product knowledge to guide customers, process orders, and assist with stock. No prior product knowledge required—great customer service and teamwork will get you up to speed quickly; 8 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Approachable, open and friendly personality; able to help customers and colleagues.
• Enjoys teamwork but can work independently when needed.
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, supporting the store's reputation for quality Brewers service.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
• Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock within the branch network.
• Develop sales of wallpaper, paint and fabric across the product range.
• Build relationships with customers to fully identify needs and provide a comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal and special items and merchandise goods to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance and unload deliveries to distribute stock throughout the store.
