Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres in Tonbridge is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor to provide excellent service, support the branch and its delivery service, and help customers with their decorating needs. No prior product knowledge is required—training will be provided to the right candidate.

The Tonbridge store on Orchard Business Centre offers a 40-hour week (Mon–Fri with Saturdays on a rota) and a salary of £28,136 per annum plus company pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in branch to uphold Brewers’ reputation.
• Use product knowledge to advise customers and recommend best options.
• Process special orders and stock requests; assist with stock maintenance.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock distribution in-store.
• Support with merchandising and promotion of seasonal items.
