Barchester is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to warmly welcome residents and visitors at our care home. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, guiding tours for prospective residents, and performing light administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required but good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well organised to manage front-of-house duties.
• Capable of handling administrative tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors to the home.
• Greet residents and families and guide them through the lobby.
• Manage the reception area and coordinate with other staff.
• Support basic admin tasks such as typing, photocopying and filing.
