Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams! Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. It’s fast-paced and hands‑on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. What you’ll be doing:
  • Operating and monitoring packaging machinery, carrying out smooth changeovers and supporting day‑to‑day line performance
  • Championing a strong health and safety culture, ensuring standards are always met and exceeded
  • Taking ownership of key operational benchmarks, contributing to team success and continuous improvement
  • Supporting quality control processes to ensure every product meets our high standards
  • Assisting with basic maintenance activities and problem-solving to keep production flowing seamlessly
  • Recording accurate data through business systems to track performance and find opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across shifts to maintain consistency and share standard procedures
  • Building capability across multiple machines to enable flexibility and 'flow to work' across the line
Shift Patterns
  • You will be assigned to one of the following shift patterns equating to a 29 hour week:
    • Fixed Weekend Shift Pattern
      • Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
      • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
      • Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Flexible Weekend Shift Pattern
      • Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
      • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
      • Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with flexibility to extend to 7:00 PM)
