Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Weekend Onsite Coordinator in Nottingham to support on-site clients with recruitment and shift bookings. The role is weekend-based with hours 5:30am–3:00pm and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities include checking in staff, PPE checks, inductions, handling enquiries, and assisting with interviews. Experience in coordination is desirable, with a temp-to-perm path and on-site Staffline support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and good levels of English.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site clients with recruitment requirements.
• Assist workforce with enquiries and shift bookings.
• Maintain relationships with on-site management.
• Complete staff check-ins, PPE checks and factory walks.
• Handle administrative duties and check workers in for shifts.
• Replace workers who do not show up and book next shifts.
• Call candidates for interviews and conduct inductions for new starters.
• Prepare finance reports.

Great opportunity to work as a Weekend Onsite Coordinator for our client which processes meat to make pork pies and sausages.

Staffline is recruiting Weekend Onsite Coordinators in Nottingham.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This role is working weekends and the hours of work are:

• 5:30am to 3pm

Your Time at Work

As a Weekend Onsite Coordinator at this site your duties will include:

• Supporting on-site clients with their recruitment requirements
• Assisting our workforce with any enquiries and shift bookings
• Maintaining strong relationships with on-site management
• Completing staff check‑ins, PPE checks, factory walks
• Administrative duties
• Checking workers in for their shift
• Replacing any workers who fail to show for their shift
• Booking workers in for their following shift
• Calling new candidates for interviews
• Conducting inductions for new starters
• Finance report

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Weekend Onsite Coordinator will have great communication skills and good levels of English.

They will have a great knowledge of Microsoft packages, an excellent telephone manner, be able to work under pressure and work alone and as part of a team.

They will also have excellent organization and time management skills.

Experience as a Coordinator is desirable or similar job.
