Job summary

Blackbird is looking for a CPU Administrator to join the weekend team, handling shop and wholesale enquiries and keeping production ordering and office admin running smoothly. The role involves processing orders on Cybake, updating plans and keeping production reports accurate.

You’ll work every Saturday and Sunday, 07:30–15:30, in a fast-paced bakery environment with a friendly team. Strong organisational and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel; willing to learn Cybake.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and handling enquiries as first point of contact for shops and wholesale customers.
• Maintaining and updating customer/shop orders, and processing daily order plan and quantity changes.
• Entering, amending and approving orders on Cybake, including wholesale orders and delivery changes.
• Printing and processing production reports for the bakers.
• Processing online orders for cakes and other Blackbird Online Shop goods - confirming with customers and logging orders accurately.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and passing them to the right person.
• Supporting new account onboarding - sending documents and liaising with logistics.
• Keeping consumables, stationery and printed labels stocked up.
• General office admin, including post, internal mail, and keeping the workspace clean and organised.
