Job summary

Rheged bakery team is seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our friendly staff. You will produce breads, biscuits, traybakes and cakes, uphold high standards, and help meet demand for our farmshop and kitchen outlets.

Under the Bakery Manager's guidance, you will follow production schedules, maintain food safety records, and contribute to consistent high-quality output. Weekend shifts on a rota basis are included, and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or food production experience is an advantage.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Produce an exceptional range of bakery products (breads, biscuits, traybakes and cakes).
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to meet company specifications.
• Follow production schedules to fulfil orders efficiently and consistently.
• Ensure items are produced to specification and ready for expected trade levels.
• Maintain food safety standards and keep accurate records in line with regulations.
