Compass Group PLC, operating as Medirest in healthcare facilities, is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor for part-time hours (24.75 per week). The role focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality and service while supervising catering teams and ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Candidates should bring at least two years of catering experience, proven team leadership, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

• Liaise between customers and catering/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 24.75 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Requirements

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
• Have experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
