Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for the West Unplanned Team. The role requires you to be highly mobile and able to travel across the community to deliver urgent and planned nursing care.
The post operates 8 am to 6 pm, seven days a week, with weekend and bank holiday working included. A full driving license and car are essential to access community visits and respond to emergencies rapidly.
