Job summary

The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for the West Unplanned Team. This role involves responding to urgent issues in patients' homes with a dynamic district nursing team and requires a full driving licence and access to a car.

You will deliver holistic care, including palliative care, catheter care, wound management and diabetes care, across the west locality.

Qualifications

• Experience in community/nurse home visits.
• Ability to manage diverse health needs in home settings.
• Competence in fundamental nursing procedures in community care.

Responsibilities
