Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Nantwich is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Community Team in Nantwich and Rural. The post is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, covering a 7-day service, including weekends. Applicants should have UK driving licence and car access.

You will assess nursing care needs, implement care plans and deliver holistic care in the community and wound care clinics, working within a supportive team committed to quality and patient-centred care.

Competenze

• Must have current NMC registration or be close to registration.
• Experience in community nursing and home visits preferred.
• Familiarity with Emis or similar EHR systems is desirable.
